I use a variety of physical methods, such as, Swedish massage, Structural Relief Therapy, myofacial release techniques. Vibrational medicine techniques utilized during a session include, but not limited to, are Acutonics, sound healing, aromatherapy, hands on healing, and Reiki. Every treatment is unique to the individual and based on needs and preferences.
Blue Halo Healing is a little healing oasis in the Phinney Neighborhood. Nestled on a street corner you enter down a garden path into the Oasis. Want a full spa experience? You can book a hot tub for after your healing massage session.

SOUND HEALING
We are made of energy. Every cell in our body is vibrating with energy. As a practitioner of Acutonics and Energy Medicine, I tune into this energy field and can assist in the releasing and replenishing of this energy field. This is the basis for healing on all levels.
STRUCTURAL RELIEF THERAPY
Structural Relief Therapy (SRT) is a neuro-muscular therapy tool. SRT is a safe, gentle, and effective tool for treating both acute and chronic muscle pain.
